SERVICE

At Wright Implement, our service team is dedicated to ensuring our customers experience minimal downtime, regardless of the equipment scale. From handheld mowers and large tractors and combines, our facilities handle a diverse range of machinery. We provide specialized positions focused on agricultural equipment, lawn and garden equipment or versatile roles that encompass both sectors.

What to expect when you become a Wright Implement Tech:

Tool Loan program-Where applicable.
Billed Hours Incentive Program- Each tech has the ability to earn bonus pay based on the number of hours you bill during a quarter.  Based on meeting your goal you can earn from $1.00 up to $2.00 per billed revenue hour.  This is based on your number of billed hours for a quarter.
Uniform Provided
Continuous Training: Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies through participation in training and certification courses.

PARTS

No experience in agriculture or service? No problem! Our parts department offers a variety of job openings, such as sales, warehouse positions, and management opportunities.
