What to expect when you become a Wright Implement Tech:
Tool Loan program- Wright Implement has this option where we will purchase and allow you to use tools and a toolbox worth $2500.00. These tools will be yours to use and if you decide to keep them you have options to make payments or buy them outright.
Billed Hours Incentive Program- Each tech has the ability to earn bonus pay based on the number of hours you bill during a quarter. Based on meeting your goal you can earn from $1.00 up to $2.00 per billed revenue hour. This is based on your number of billed hours for a quarter.
Uniform Rentals: weekly cleaning services
Continuous Training: Maintain current knowledge of emerging technologies through participation in training and certification courses.
