Marketing and Events Coordinator

Wright Implement was established in 1936 on a farm in Harned, KY and has expanded to 15 locations throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana. We strive to provide the best choice of products and the highest level of service. Wright Implement is searching for a Marketing and Events Coordinator.

Purpose:

Supports the Marketing Departments by coordinating and executing sales events, customer experience activities, and advertising promotions.

Responsibilities:

  • Help setup and manage events/tradeshows
  • Captures and records customer information obtained from customer events
  • Plans and coordinates logistics, communications, and activities for sales events, customer experience events, meetings, or focus groups including the documentation of best practices
  • Assist in coordinating advertising and promotions for the dealership
  • Executes, measures, and reports the effectiveness (including cost/benefit and return on investment) of sales events
  • Adheres to the promotion budget for the entire organization or per location/department which may include managing vendor invoices and claims
  • Assist in ordering and distributing promotional materials for the dealership (i.e. banners, trinkets, pamphlets, brand apparel etc.)
  • Updates customer data to ensure accurate records such as addresses for mailing lists
  • Act as a liaison with manufacturer’s advertising and marketing communications
  • Act as a liaison for all media and advertising relationships and may support or create graphic designs

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Experience in graphic design preferred
  • Basic clerical expertise and knowledge of office procedures
  • Proven ability to manage projects which would include multi-tasking, prioritizing, and successfully managing multiple events simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to use a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management application
  • Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Associates degree in marketing or graphic designed preferred
